We don't have any custom fit hitches for a 1956 Ford truck but I do have a universal hitch that will bolt to your truck's frame. It is the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch item # 41990-07. This 2" hitch can be welded or bolted onto your 34" wide frame.

For a show quality vehicle I strongly recommend a custom fit cover. They are made to order to fit the specific dimensions of your 1948 Ford F-Series truck. I have included a link to the options for you. You just need to use the drop down menu on the link to choose the correct configuration.

With you 1954 Ford F100 having a 34 inch frame I recommend the B&W Heavy-Duty trailer hitch # BWHDRH25198. It is a 2 inch receiver and drops down 4 inches from the frame.
